We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from athleticlockeroutlet.com. You may return the item within 30 days of the order date to the Athletic Locker online store or to one of our Athletic Locker retail stores for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
- To refund in store -The packing slip/receipt that comes with your order is required as proof of purchase. You must bring this with you to process your return.
- The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
- Any item that is assembled and/or not within its original product packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories must be returned to our Athletic Locker location in Mississauga. Credit/refund will be issued at the discretion of store management.
- Athletic Locker will not return under garments, swimwear, worn or used merchandise
Return Instructions: all items that are being mailed back have to come back to our head office store location with Attention put to our Retail Store;

All order’s placed before 2pm will ship same day as long as there are no issues with regards to inventory availabilities, and any order’s placed after 2pm will ship next day again as long as there are no issues with inventory availabilities.
